Payment Policy
All new children will be placed on a two-week trial period. If emotional, physical, or
social behavior presents a problem for the safety of other children or interrupts classroom
activities, it may be necessary for childcare to be terminated with no refund to the fees
paid.

Withdrawal Policy
Parents must submit a written notice of intent to withdraw a child from Malaika Learning
Center two weeks in advance to the Director. If not properly done, full tuition for the
month must be paid in cash or money order at the time of withdrawal. (Addendum

Sign-in & Sign-out
Parents must accompany children into Malaika Learning Center when they arrive and
leave them in the presence of a staff member. Sign-in/sign-out sheets for each child are
kept at the front entrance. For security reasons and record keeping, every child who
enters the center must be signed-in, and upon leaving the center must be signed-out by the
parent or person authorized to pick up the child. If children are on the playground,
parents must inform the teacher that they are picking up the student.
